I am using BSNL at present i.e. [Protected]. I am trying to PORT it into Airtel. Tye nessage for getting UOC Code is always falure while I have balance and valedity as well.

I have made call to Customer care but no solution from there. Once I was on waiting for appx 1 Hour and I hanged up call after iriitating Waiting. All other messages are being sent successfully but Port ...... on 1900 is always failure.
