Land Line Out Of Order

My land line 0[Protected]( Modachur, Gobichettipalayam PO,Erode Dist) it doesn't work a moth which is connected to fiber internet connection and we have reported this to bsnl via their customer care portal as well but no action have been taken so far yet.
This land line is very important for us because our area we got poor signal so we have voice broken issue while using mobile phone communication. So we request the concern person in-charge from bsnl look into this mater and resolve the issue asap. Thanks.
