Big Bazaar: Rs. 10,000 Deposit For Card Refund As The Store Is Closed

Hi,
I deposited Rs 10,000 on the PROFIT CLUB card in Big Bazaar, Palakkad, KERALA. All of a sudden, without any prior intimation the store has now been closed permanently as per the website.

Also, there has been no communication on the money deposited by me. Please note that I expect the money is refunded within a month or further communication is received from your end to sort out the issue.

In case no action from BigBazaar's side I will be left with no option other than to proceed through Consumer Rights Protection Agencies. Thank you & look forward to your immediate resolution.

Hi, My name is Yogesh and big bazar guys given me deliberately profit card and charged 10100/- on 19/Feb/2022, and when we went on 22nd of Feb for shopping the big bazar was closed and they told it will open tomorrow. and since then it never opened and our 9500.00 rupees stuck in big bazar. when they know it's going to close why pulled money from everyone. plz let us know how will we get our money back.
