Big Bazaar took Profit Club Money 10k and now they shut down not returned

Big Bazaar fooled us saying 10k profit club members. And you will get offers but they shut down their company once the money is been collected. Now they are not even replying on the customer care calling no. And not even any email. I want money back. Unbelievable How can such a big company fool us?
