Big Bazaar Profit Club Rs 11000 not refunded as the store is closed

I have sent multiple mails to [PROTECTED]@bigbazaar.com , but it is getting bounced every time , the customer care is also not working and not responding . I have checked the new reliance bazaar also and they denied any support for future groups fraud . Kindly suggest what needs to be done for hard earned money taken by future group.
