We have paid 2X10000/- total Rs.20000/- for 2 nos "BIG BAZAAR PROFIT CLUB MEMBERSHIP CARDS" as under:
1. Amount Rs.10000/-
Mohanlal C Makharia
Profit club no. [Protected]
Membership Card: 45971

2. Amount Rs.10000/-
Saroj Makharia
Profit Club No. [Protected]
Membership Card: 45959

Any transaction on above Cards was denied at Big Bazaar outlets by overnight changing the name of establishment stating change in ownership and we were asked to send grievances to "[PROTECTED]@bigbazaar, com".

We sent email On 14/4/22 to " [PROTECTED]@bigbazaar.com" and received reply on 17/4/22 asking for photos of :

-ID Proof & Cancelled Bank Cheque.
-Big Bazaar Profit Club Card.
We duly complied and sent required documents via email on 17/4/22.
Thereafter we are constantly sending reminders but surprisingly all our emails sent to "[PROTECTED]@bigbazaar.com" are bouncing.

We tried Toll Free number [Protected]end number of times but couldn't reach them.
On further investigation and with support of GOOGLE we could find several more emails of this organization such as:
[PROTECTED]@futuregroup.in
[PROTECTED]@futuregroup.in
customer[PROTECTED]@futuregroup.in

We have sent several email reminders concerning our grievances to all those emails but without any support or response.

This seems to be a clear case of Mass Manipulation, Cheating, Fraud and Misinformation with motive to collect money from Public and silently disappear with THOUSANDS OF CRORES by promoting BIG BAZAAR PROFIT CLUB CARDS of Rs.10000/- each and being such small amount easy to trap the public.

We sincerely request for a refund of our money with your help and involvement in the present situation.
