Redeeming value on Profit Card - Refund

I have the ibid membership with a balance of Rs. 6000.00 (~), your numbers etc. are non-responsive/unavailable.This is tantamount to Mental Harassment & Financial Fraud as no effort has been made Big Bazaar to resolve the issue.We are sanguine that having taken over Big Bazaar (Future Retail Limited), Reliance India Limited (Reliance Retail Ventures Ltd (RRVL)) would be responsible to take care of the issue as a part of the deal.
