Big Bazaar Profit Club Card Balance Amount Refund

Few months back, I have taken Big Bazaar profit club membership and paid Rs. 10000/-. After Big Bazaar has been taken over by reliance the card was not being accepted there. When visited the store, a mail id was given for the refund.
Mails are being sent to [PROTECTED]@bigbazaar.com but mails are not getting delivered as the mailbox of them are full. Additionally none of the customer care numbers which are available in the website are working.
My Rs 8000/- is pending with Big Bazaar. Please inform, how to get the refund of the balance money.

Reply I have also big bazaar profit club card with 11000 Rs balance. It was sold by big bazar counter person during shopping. After taking card, all stores in patna was captured by Reliance .Their call center phone no. is switch off and email is getting bounced. Pl. suggest where to complain about this.
