My Vi mobile No. is [Protected]. Earlier Two times I changed the sim but again the same problem of getting no signal from the past two days. I am not able to connect to any call because of not getting a signal. When I visited the Nizampura branch, Vadodara Mr. Yash refused to give another SIM because of Adhar No.
Earlier two times I submitted my Adhar No. Then again why should I have to submit the aadhar no. But I offer to him that I can email you if you provide me email Id. He also refused to do that. I can't afford to visit the VI store because of my professional service.
This is a postpaid connection and I am getting loss due to unavailability of signal showing.
After that I told him to please Discontinue VI Service. I don't want any more VI telecom services. Again he told me that I can't do that you have to call on 198 from any VI no.
I don't have any other VI no. How can I do that? Seriously such a very poor and worst kind of customer service provided by VI.
Please help or discontinue the VI telecom service I don't want any more.
