This is to inform you that my refund was initiated last month in the form jio mart mahacashback on 20th of April. Firstly i wanted my refund in my upi id (or in my bank account) which was the original payment mode and i got that in the form of mahacashback.

Further, when i opened app to order something today, they are saying that the jio mart cashback policy was cancelled on 30th April and my money that was in the cashback is all lost now and i cannot get that back in any form.

I was not informed that the policy is going to get cancelled not via mail, not via whatsapp, not via text message. They should have atleast informed that i should use that money by 30th and they will not be giving money back after that, as they are going to eat my money.

Now they have taken my Rs. 507 which was in the form of jio mart mahacashback and they are saying that they cannot do anything about this. I repeatedly called the customer care service and their manager as well for this.

But they are not taking any action regarding the same, also they are very rude. This is not done and i should get my money back because problem is on their end not mine. I want my money back as soon as possible.
