I have ordered 4 kurtas in prepaid mode on 05 August 2023, but I received only 2. I raised my complaint on August 14, 2023. Till now, my problem has not been resolved. Customer care persons are saying that I got my dress and that is their solution and even updated in that Ajio app as the "problem resolved". When I called them again and explained my problem, customer service employees disconnected my calls like I was disturbing them. I lost my money of rupees 1500, and I didn't get my kurtas. I was fed up. I don't know what to do. My order ID is FN[Protected]. I'm sharing the proof here, which I have as a screenshot.
