I have ordered 4 kurtas in prepaid mode on 05 August 2023, but I received only 2. I raised my complaint on August 14, 2023. Till now, my problem has not been resolved. Customer care persons are saying that I got my dress and that is their solution and even updated in that Ajio app as the "problem resolved". When I called them again and explained my problem, customer service employees disconnected my calls like I was disturbing them. I lost my money of rupees 1500, and I didn't get my kurtas. I was fed up. I don't know what to do. My order ID is FN[Protected]. I'm sharing the proof here, which I have as a screenshot....

Setember 2021 15th i have received a wrong sized product and returned it on the same day, they have typed a wrong product from their end and returned 149 for for me i said my product rate was 446 and you have returned me only this, they told me that sorry its a mistake from our end so we will solve the issue and that product also, so arranged for a pick up of 149 product both gone, still today may 2nd 2023 i haven't got 350 rupees of mine, called many times told me send credit card statements attached to check for refunds, sent that too from my end there is no response.

Last june i purchased a set of trouser and shirt and another trouser alone i received ony t shirt and set of that t shirt was missing they told me to wait for 48hrs for the next delivery only i got tshirt Nd both the trousers not delivered and they returned money for one trouser and closed yhe issue as they returned money for missng trouser.

I dnt understood how easily they taking our money alone...and they and their systems are sharp in deducting points and cashbacks of their own like wise they have to return our money too right....

I'm Kunal Singh Khatri, from past 2-3 days I've been getting a call from Fraudsters "claiming themselves to be from AJIO CUSTOMER CARE". I knew this that there's never an offer from online sellers gifting Iphone 14 or Laptops, this is fishing scam. I've a problem and serious issue with the above that HOW MY SHOPPING & MY CONTACT DETAILS WENT TO THESE FRAUDSTERS. check and confirm back if this leak is from AJIO OR ECOM DELIVERY PARTNER OR FROM ANY OTHER SOURCE.

THIS IS REALLY ANNOYING, THOSE PEOPLE ARE OPENLY CHEATING AND MAKING FRAUDS AND SOMEHOW DIDN'T SEE ANY ACTION FROM AJIO OR RELIANCE. ETTER SHOULD AVOID DOING SHOPPING ON AJIO IS THE ONLY CHOICE ?...

One woman called me on 06/April/23 morning , asking to claim the gifts from AJIO. I sensed the fraud right there but thought to play with them. This is no I got a call from: [Protected]. She asked me to buy a gift voucher worth 5k and they will send the gift to my address.

When I asked her to email me all the details of the offer on my ajio email and I will reply there she disconnected the call. After calling back again the call was forwarded to another call and not picked up.

I just wanted to raise a complaint to spread awareness and take action on this number mentioned. Although the frauds might have used fraud identity as well. I saw previous complaints like his and hence want Ajio customers or other people to be aware of this fraud....

we returned the product on 21 feb 2023 also product reached to AJIO warehouse. proofs taken from courier partner shadow fix and provided the same to Ajio team by email. 3 weeks completed but still did not get any response any refund Don't know why they hold my money without providing any reason, continuously reaching but no luck....

On 20th February 2023, I order 2 Shirts from Ajio Order ID #FN[Protected]and on 27 February 2023 without any prior notice they canceled my order i'm literally pissed off with Ajio Service previously they canceled my 3 orders....

I placed return but the return request was cancelled on its own ...I want to return it due to size issue but ajio is cancelling it without even picking up the product... I want them to at least pick up the product which i had requested to return....

Today I received a call in the name of Ajio, they had all my recent order details, A girl from North India said that i got selected among 5 lucky winners and she told me to purchase in Ajio website for 5k.. i got a mild doubt.. i found out that they are fake and asked her to send me a official mail reg that. She said that they can't till we purchase.

I can't trust her coz he there was no information in Ajio website about that.. i told her i can't trust this.. she's questioning me did i ask you for. 15k or 20 k it's just 5k.. LoL. then I came here to check.. Till it's official announcement don't trust any fake calls guys.. i don't know but we should take action on these kinda scammers....

Got a call today afternoon i.e, 30/01/2023 saying from Ajio and said you are a lucky customer so I got a gift. they tell me my address and Mobile number as well and said I need to shop for 5000 rupees to get that gift and I will also get 3000 rupees cashback. they said they will add coupons code with the gift.they provided me 1 hour time limit to do this. Luckily I called customer care and confirmed about offer....
