Ajio Online Shopping: Non Refund Of The Product Picked By Ajio

I received the product on 24th march, and the delivery agent charged 111 Rs extra, as the package amount mentioned was Rs. 2499.75 instead of 2388. Size is 6 inches smaller than what I have ordered, Buttons of the sherwani are completely different from those in the picture.

I received the product on 24th march, and the delivery agent charged 111 Rs extra, as the package amount mentioned was Rs. 2499.75 instead of 2388. Size is 6 inches smaller than what I have ordered, Buttons of the sherwani are completely different from those in the picture, therefore wanted to return the product.

The product which was supposed to be picked up immediately, is delayed by 10 days. The product was picked up by ajios delivery agent (shadowfax) on 6th April 2022.

It's been almost a month since the pickup but no refund has been initiated. I have tried to reach customer care executive many times but have not received any positive reply from them.

But every time I received the answer that I will get refund after so and so date. Almost everyday I call their customer care team to get an update regarding the same, but still haven't not any refund.
