I am not receiving OTP on my number so i am unable to place order using my wallet money. I requested them them to transfer my money in my bank account so that i can make account with another number but it's been 2 months till not resolved the matter and i have called them so many times.

422 rupees are not less i have given them all details then also. I would have transferred the money myself but i am not getting otp so its is impossible from my end. Please help.
