Unsuccessful Recharge But No Refund Yet

I tried recharge of Airtel prepaid on 6th Jan 2022 using Airtel thanks app and paid using ICICI debit card and till date no recharge happened and refund but amount Rs. 1799 got debited on the said date.
When checked with Airtel they informed that they did have such transaction record inspite bank being sent with Airtel transaction ID. Is there any way to get my unsuccessful recharge amount Rs. 1799. Aruna, [Protected].
