I have been an Airtel customer for more than 8years and facing network issue for past 6months for which I have raised complaint from my side while I was in prepaid.
They asked me to change the new sim so that any error in sim can be resolved while my sim card is in my father's name i have converted it to my name and they demanded me that i have to use postpaid for minimum 3months.
This happened on 24th of April 2022 after nearly a month passed by but i have the same issue with the help of Airtel store i have filed complaint regarding this but had no response from them this is my routine for every 7 days.
Yesterday i have visited my nearby Airtel store and asked regarding this they have called their senior officer and they were demanding 7 more days which is happening all through this past 6 months.
So I need my issue to be resolved within two day's else they should allow me to convert this same mobile number to other network.
