AIRTEL charging for 4G internet service but didn't provide the 4G internet at my location. I had complaint many times but didn't find any positive response. Many requests are closed by Airtel Technical team without any proper resolution and confirmation.
Afterward decided to make pressure to them so I stopped the payments for airtel and informed to customer care that I will pay only once internet will work properly at my location but Airtel charged me 200 late fee charged.
My question is that as Airtel charged me but not restoring the service at my location and checked 200 then how much should be charged from the Airtel for their false commitments.
I have recorded audio of customer care superior for the reference as they didn't do anything for help me out. Requesting you to kindly take action on priority to get it resolved.
