This is with regards to my Mobile Network facing the issues for last 3 months and still, I haven't got any solution from Airtel team, where I am not able to use Internet proper for my office work and my kid online classes.
And they will keep on sending messages to pay the bill before the due date. every time when I am calling to customer care they will say we will resolve it in 7 working days, but no result will be there from their team.
I am requesting the Airtel team to resolve network issues for 3 months and they never turned back even after lodging the complaint by walking into their store located in Guntur Dist. Lakshmipuram main road.
After suggested by some airtel representative and afterward his number is not connecting every time when I am calling to customer care they will we are notifying this under high priority and resolve the issue in 24-48 hrs.
Afters wards nothing is happening and irritating us. due to this I am losing my office work and my kid is missing his online classes. and mainly they never even leave us, keep on sending SMS to make the Bill payment.
Mainly they will say the issue is with my phone, I Have 3 connections in this group and no other SIM is getting proper network please consider this under priority and take an action against airtel and do the needful.
