I had availed one month broadband plan but it shows as 4000 as over due, contacted Airtel customer service but it's no use no one is working there in whole Airtel company & and I even payed their whole amount madly to cancel service & overdue.
And I even claimed for discontinuation for service but once again bill generating from the first. I contacted Airtel nodal but they are not responding. It all started in August even in initial stage they charging extra amount and contacted several times but it ends in vain.
I asked only for pre-paid service initially it's been pre paid they themselves convert that as post paid without any permission asked from us. From their side someone came for dismantle service.
And that too we need to pay the amount we initially refused and he stated if we pay half amount other half will be given by them and said it's ok and paid that by cheque we have those details also.
After time passed they not even change anything but that bill amount get reduced what we paid from other amount they again charges overdue. They even cancelled our dth services which is totally different they asked us to pay whole amount which is not used by us.
And once again we got fooled we paid the whole amount without balance they said they will disconnect our services but they are not keeping up what they said, from new bill got generating as we want to pay it.
They even came and unplug all wires and routers but still they asking us pay need to find solutions for it.
