I bought an Airtel XStream fibre with a plan of 40mbps for 6 months amount of 3k, which is not suitable for me after a while. Now I try to modify my plan (modify option available in-app to 100 mbps for 12months.
And it is modified and also the amount(6.6k) debited but the results(100mbps) are not reflected in my plan. So, please do something for me as soon as possible. I can't wait for 6 months regarding my plan.
Whenever I called them, someone said not possible, someone said, applied from our side and to wait for 4 hrs every time. I'm frustrated now. Please help.
