My Airtel broadband for 0[Protected]is not working since 28th April 2022 and when i am sending emails to them they inform us that problems will be resolved within 48 hrs.
And when i complain through phone dialing at 121 i get assurance that it will be resolved within 24 hrs. But till date neither the connection has been rectified nor any technician called me. But i called Airtel almost 20 times to resolve the issue.
Due to which I have to use mobile data to carry out my work such as bank transaction etc. My request is to instruct Airtel to provide free data in my mobile number [Protected]in the name of Arun Kumar Bhatt till the issue is resolved.
also airtel shall wavie the bill for the month of April-May 2022 for not providing the services as per the norms.
