I got Airtel broadband monthly plan membership in bangalore btm stage 2 at charges 1640 initial setup charge and monthly data charges 499+ gst. Now after the installation of 10 days I started facing issue with the connectivity or speed.
And when I connected to raise a request to discontinue my service from coming billing cycle. He denied and said if you want to discontinue our service then you need to call the specific day from that time we will disconnect.
And even for fixing the issue they are like we will take 24 hrs we cannot fix it before.
But during the installation time they are like pay it right away we will do it now. There is no customer satisfaction only customer harassment is done by them.
