I have opted broadband service from Act by paying 3560 to ACT fibernet as they ensured 2 days installation. It's been 15 days not a person came 2 setup. I lost my valuable office tym registering complaints.And literally asks for 10 days for refund.
I had 2 remove my existing connection as they gave service guarantee. Now i have to pay another service because of ACT. I want my valuable time and my payment back.
