I requested act to disconnect there Fiber net service and request for security refund . On 31st July 2023 they disconnected the service and came to collect the router and told me that I will receive the security deposit within 7 working days. However the agent never updated in there system that they collected the router. I contacted the customer care team to update on the refund but they advise they will check as it’s not reflecting in there system that router was returned to them. They told me they will check let me know I waited for 2 weeks and then I contacted them still not response from there end every time they gave me same response.I asked them that I want o talk to senior person, but they registered request but nothing happened Please help me with the refund of my security deposit.
