I have raised multiple complaints regarding my internet which is not working from past 2 days and i work from home. I cant take leaves from my work for these ACT idiots who doesn't care about customer.
I have raised a Ticket on 27th Feb 2022 and 48 hours passed with no response . Again When i contacted them over call the stupid agent hung up the call and raised the new ticket without my concern.
Its still unresolved now. Its really frustrating how these guys charge me 800 bucks and provide horrible service. Its 7-8th time i am facing this issue with this company
