I have disconnected my account [Protected]on 31st Dec 2021 and have requested Act Fibernet to remove the box and refund amount of Rs 300. Its been one month but i am not getting the proper response.
Everytime they are saying they will remove the box and refund amount but all in vain. No proper response and are troubling me so much. I have to vacate this house and remove the box before i leave the house but Act fibernet is very irritating.
I would want my issue to be solved and the box to be removed asap and also refund my advance bill and electricity bill. Fed up of Act fibernet customer care services.No proper response. Calling from 1 month but till now no action.
