I took ACT fibernet connection a/c no: [Protected]on 9th April, 2020 and they asked to take only ACT router. So I asked for the basic router of 700rs but they don't have stock of that router and forced me to take 2799rs router.
I paid 2799rs on 20th April, 2020 till now i didn't received router nor refund amount of router. I called them numerous times, instead of solving the issue they went on raising many complaints and these two are among them Sr no: [Protected]another complaint: [Protected].
I informed them that I'm moving to Nellore as I lost my job due to covid and asked for the refund. They denied the refund stating that amount can be refunded only if the ACT connection is active.
I lost 10days of service amount which I haven't used because of leaving Hyderabad and they didn't gave any refund of this amount too. We too new ACT fibernet connection in Nellore A/C no[Protected]and using it.i informed the same to them.
I asked to transfer the call to team leader or manger, but they directly rejected and denied my request. I am financially, physical & mentally exhausted with ACT services. I lost my job and facing financial problems.
