Wifi setup or installation when i had required i contacted ACT fiber net through website and customer care, probably when connection is to be given all customer care reportedly started speaking softly, and politely its on 14th Jan,
Same day i got 5 to 6 calls, to do payment, before doing payment i asked executive and confirmed with him, for to be sure whether connection will be given, he assured and confirmed me that technician would definitely come and do setup wifi on priority, next day only,
Until i did payment for new connection, after payment and transaction done, none of technician or any person to installation did not come, i called many times to customer care but still no one came,
I asked them why no 1 is coming they told they will come tomorrow, and customer care executives had weird attitude and tone of talking. 4 days passed, till that time no technician no one came.
I was literally calling many times to customer care but no one call me and we tried to contact local ACT fibernet sales executive before we were in talks with him to set up wifi before but later we opted to done by website.
Later he refused to do setup and told its not his responsibility to setup its customer support people has to do. same ways it happened he refused totally. Then we initiated refund. Still now 17th Jan. till now on 24th Jan.
No refund has been done. Every day so many times i call customer all have different attitude on refund. till today i have not got refund.
