Took a connection with ACT in September 2021 for 6 month and paid advance and installation fees.Due to personal reasons had to shift to new location approx 3 km from old location in same city.
Placed a shifting request from App. 400 as shifting charges were added to bill but connection was not shifted. I tried calling customer care daily but they said shifting will be done.
After 10 days on 22 January they said shifting is not feasible you place disconnection request. So i placed a disconnection request which was processed from 22 Jan however connection was not used from 11 January due to shifting request.
Refund is still pending. I applied for new connection from new location the sales agent came and did documentation on 24 evening and said connection will be done on 25 Jan.
I am waiting since then it is 4 days no connection done. not able to contact the sales agent as he does not pick call. 3 more of my friends applied for new connection but no connection done yet.
Advance payment for installation as well as 1 month charges was taken from us.Customer care not helping.
