ACT Fibernet: Incorrectly Charged Late Fee For 2 Years

I have just found out that I have been charged a late payment fee for ₹100 plus tax for the last 2 years. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service. I have raised 2 tickets and they have been closed by compensating ₹100.

How can your company close a ticket without even looking at the entire content of the complaint I have clearly mentioned about the last 2 years and even spoken to an agent who called me.

This is extremely disappointing, please pull up all the bills for the last 2 years, I would like the late fees refunded for all payments made before the due date. The bill clearly states that the payment should be made before the 15th to avoid late payment fees.

On speaking to the representative I was told even if I make a payment on the 14th it takes 2 days to reflect and I still get charged. Yet I get a message from ACT stating that the payment has been made and cleared.

This is a hidden scam that you have been charging people unknowingly and it has to be resolved.
