The FUP limit for my account is 1024 GB. The ACT Fibernet app shows that my FUP has been breached and that the total data consumption is at 1034.79 GB but that the upload data is at 581.90 GB and the download data is at 292.01 GB, which add up to 873.91 GB.
Despite multiple calls to the customer care and being forwarded to the technical helpline, there was no avail and I have been told that it is not a matter of whether or not I have used the FUP data but whether the application is showing if I am. I've also been told that there is nothing they can do set this right manually.
Even if there are any discrepancies. Also, there is no way I could have uploaded 581.90 GB because I did not upload much to either Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, Google Photos or Torrents. The same happened last month when my FUP was breached around 25th of August.
ACT people keep insisting that their records only show data consumed, despite their being glaring and obvious discrepancies, while refusing to have any ability to resolve the issue even if there were any discrepancy.
