I requested act to disconnect there Fiber net service and request for security refund . On 1st November they disconnected the service and came to collect the router and told me that I will receive the security deposit within 7 working days.
However the agent never updated in there system that they collected the router. I contacted the customer care team to update on the refund but they advise they will check as it’s not reflecting in there system that router was returned to them.
They told me they will check let me know I waited for a week and then I contacted them still not response from there end every time they gave me same response.
I also contacted the local person who took the request for connection activation earlier. He said that they will check and let me know. First of all why they don’t have any update and secondly if the local team of act Fibernet don’t have any update it show how pathetic they are in dealing with this issue.
While connection request they say that they are the best. I want them to reverse the credit as soon as possible.
