I have raised a complaint on 14 Oct 2020 regarding the network issue and wifi not working. Customer care people informed me that they will resolve this issue today only from last 4 days. On 5 day they told executive has not been assigned yet and your problem will be resolved as soon as possible. No reply comes from email team. Every time customer care people tell that this will be done today and nothing has happened yet. 4 days of work was hampered and lot of my time was wasted because of them. I called a person who installed router and he spoke in very rude manner that I will not anything about this and go to the office if you want and I can't do anything about this and disconnected the call without even listening to me. I have multiple calls to customer care and even spoke to supervisors there, they are only saying this is resolved today and please wait. No further information is not provided why this delay is happening or what is the problem and they are not able to say when this will be resolved or atleast when an executive will be assigned. I have been charged for all these where wifi is not working. Any question you ask the customer care they say we cannot disclose that information. They always says we are escalating the issue and this is will repeated anything you ask. I have been patient for 4 days and these people are not identify the problem and even not able to assign an executive. This will take hardly 30 minutes if a executive comes and check as it was already informed that services are active in the area
