Regarding Refund

I contacted YOU broadband for broadband connection, one of their representative told me about plans and requested me to pay amount ,I paid said amount, next day technician visited our house and told that Box is too far from your house.
And it's difficult to give connection. Then I said please refund my money then they said money will be sent through cheque please wait for some days, now they are not responding.
its almost 2 months and I haven't received back my money yet. Please help in this regard.. bill CRF No:- CC579888

They refunded my money through bank transfer..
