Hi. I have a You Broadband connection at my home. The internet connection stopped on 9th October, 2021 at around 7:30 pm. I complained on the group created by the company for any issues.
Everyone else in the same also booked a complaint on the group. The team told us that we'll fix it shortly. But it was not. They kept increasing the time 2 hrs every time. The team then stopped responding to the messages and complaints and stopped giving us any update on the progress.
Till now that is 11th October 9:30 am, the issue has still not been resolved and we haven't heard anything from them as well. The customer service has been pathetic. We have all the chats and complaints as proof to show their pathetic service.
And also this not the first time that this has happened. The team has been ignoring all our complaints and they are acting as they don't give a darn about the customers. Since these all the things are online, the internet being down has not helped.
All the entertainment that like live race and matches could not seen because of this. Fee people had their work to be shut down. And as today that 11th October being Monday , without internet the work from has been tough.
