Due to some financial crunch I am unable to make payments against my Personal Loan. However, I have requested to settle the EMI by 20 july but recovery/collection agents are harassing me and my relatives/friends/colleagues. They are calling multiple times to me and my my relatives/friends/colleagues. Using harsh language and mentally harassing and forcing to make the payment.
I am even not sure from where YES BANK people are getting contact numbers of my relatives/friends/colleagues. They are trying to reach out through whatspp application as well. Spreading rumors against me and portraying bad image of mine to my knows.
I have reported this issue to YES BANK through emails but no action has been taken yet. Even after providing multiple evidences, they are not ready to accept the fact. Such a SHAMEFUL ACT by bank and grievance portal is of no use.
