I had an personal loan with Yes Bank which I have requested for closer. I did a Balance Transfer from Yes bank to Tata Capital and submitted a DD with amount of around 350000 or more approx. I FILLED up all required form and submitted the DD at there dalhousie branch and the person sitting at the desk took the form and my DD and said nothing else.

I ASKED HER if any more formality is needed but she said nothing is required. I left and with that I received an sms also stating the amount got submitted but after few months I started receiving messages stating loan is still active. I AGAIN visited their branch and mentioned the whole thing but now the receiver of the DD at the bank desk she is denying that she have not gave me any information about further actions that should have been taken at that time for foreclosure of the loan.

I am completely bankrupt and have so much burden of loan on my head and now they are chasing. Please help me in this regard.
