Regarding fare refund, yatra.com

Hi sir
In the month of November 2020 I booked three international air tickets through a booking site yatra.com and unfortunately due to some reason I canceled these tickets through customer care of yatra company and as per their provisions fare refund should come in 60 days but still I didn’t receive the refund amount and I am waiting
Requesting your support to get the refund back

As per customer support the refund amount will return back to customer with in 60 working days from date of cancellation.
