I have booked a bus on 6th of October. When u reached the bus stop there I came to know that the bus got cancelled and they (yatra) didn't send me.any message or notification for.the same.
And now I am claiming for the refund from past one month and now they are not giving my money back. I have mailed them several number of times. The reply they gave we. Are working on your concern.
First of all they didn't message me for the cancellation of bus and now they are not refunding my money.
