On 26th of January 2021 I booked two air travel tickets for myself and my brother for air india airlines thru Yatra.com travel agency. Later my flight got cancelled and there was no option to rebook hence they cancelled my booking and told me I'll get my full refund in 45 to 60 working days.

I asked them to offer another flight but they had none so suggested me to get my money back. So I then agreed to cancel it. They told me they processed cancellation and requested for refund on 6th February so it's been more than 3 months now and there is no intimation about refund.

The customer service number doesn't work and they are not even replying on emails. So I called Air india Directly but they said they can't do anything about it as I Booked with third part and not Directly with them and they also toldt they didn't receive any refund request from yatra.com so far.

So I dnt know what is yatra exactly doing. Please help me to get my money back. 13000 us a very huge amount for any lower class people. Please u humbly request you to help me.
