I have taken a gift voucher from wohoo company of 9000. While booking on yatra app, yatra app deducted the amount but they didn’t show any status, neither failed or successful. The page just went to some code page, i know it was intentional.

Now, I contacted the voucher company they gave me redemption report which clearly states it was successful at yatra.com end yet they are not acknowledging it. Also, they are just procrastinating and not resolving this issue.

I have even tweeted on twitter and all they reply is they are looking into it. I have to book another flight and i have told it’s fine give me the amount as your e cash and I’ll use even though i don't want to.

Also, they don’t even have an activated number for customers to resolve the issue. The voucher company gave me all the details how the voucher was used and when was it used and the money flowed to yatras wallet.

Yatra officials are not even trying to resolve this issue. They are just delaying with the same scripted message, “we are looking into it please provide us 48 to 72 hours to resolve this” and it’s been 7 days now.
