I book mu hotel in munnar i go and ask my room in munnar thay are saying More hotel is there we are closed the hotel before 4 years but yatra take my money and give hotel reference id.
But they give contact number only 9 digits are in that phone number and they once call tell sorry for the inconveniences we investigated that hotel we call after 24 hours but still now they did not respond anything I need money refund.
