I have ordered a clothing accessory (A Printed Hoodie) from the site Wintermama and have even made the payment for same (Rs. 189)
Details Regarding Order:-
A Printed Hoodie, Rs. 189, Order No -1305
Payment Date - 23/12/2021

But after making payment and completing order, no updates has been made from their side regarding delivery and even tried to contact them through their e-mail id (atleast2-3 times) ([PROTECTED]@gmail.com)

But no response has been made through the email as well and even no contact information has been provided regarding the same. It completely seems the case of online shopping scam.

I got directed towards the website of the company through Instagram feed and so also they should be held responsible for letting such scam shopping sites advertising through their application and making the consumer address towards their sites and might even got caught hold of the scam.

I have attached hereby the companies information that has been available from my end, and also the website has been designed in such a manner that customer can easily get caught hold of with attractive product designs and that too at cheaper rate.

Please have a look into the same and solve my issue as soon as possible.
