I ordered a Red Hoodie from Winter Mamas and paid online on 22 December, but did not receive the product or any update. I also have the payment record with me. I sent multiple emails to [PROTECTED]@gmail.com.
But did not get any reply. Its been 3 months and still no update or even email reply from them.
