They Did Not Repair My Washing Machine

I bought a whirlpool washing machine from Flipkart On 11th September. It is too vibrating and making too noise while running. I complained about it to whirlpool on 12th November.
They said that they will send service men and they will repair it within 24 hours. But still no action taken.
