My refrigerator is not working since almost one month. Lot of time I have spent is requesting and complaining. The Company has agreed that a part is not working which needs replacement.
However, as per them the part is not in stock and procurement is taking 10 days. The refrigerator is still under warranty. However the same will expire by May 3, 2022. I presume they are just wasting time so that the warrant period gets over.
There is no concrete response received from the Company. the fridge parts are normally very common and i cannot understand why the procurement takes so much time. the after sale service of whirlpool is really poor.
I need a replacement / refund for the amount spent on buying refrigerator.
