I am a seller and I am running my small clothing business. One of customer purchase a saree from me and I sent her but RTS due to courier Service,but ecom courier told to me customer ask for open packet. When packet received to me then customer said please send again I want this , but payment I will pay you after delivery .

Product has been delivered to her on 27th of October, 21. I called her on her no. But not picked up and I messaged on whatsapp chat then showing single tick it means I am blocked , because I send Message her from my another Personal no. That message has been delivered and replied "Hello item" and cheap wordings.

She called me from another no. In same time when I called on her number and told me her phone has been lost somewhere and she can't done the payment today please wait for one day. I agreed and wait, but now I called her on her number replied no. Are busy all the and another number has been switched off.

I called from my personal number and picked her husband and told me she is in hospital some medical issues and I will pay your payment on Monday. But not picking up my call now.

I tried many times. Her insta id I have and I message there but no response.
I have her address katraj, pune.
