I was charged twice for the same trip and a wrong cancellation charges. CRN - [Protected]. Revert my amount- 559/-. I had chosen to pay online while booking the cab. It was accepted.
Upon completion of trip, driver asked for cash and was rigid since his app was showing as cash payment. He made me speak to the customer care executive who asked me to pay directly to the driver.
As suggested by the customer care executive I paid the amount of 509/- directly to the cab driver through Google pay. Later on my app started showing the same amount of 509/- plus 50/- as cancellation charges and hence a total of 559/- under pending payment and was charged to my credit card registered with ola.
Plus additional 50/- as false cancellation charges. There was no cancellation done for this trip. I approached ola support through email immediately on may 11, 2022. They reverted asking for my credit card statement as an evidence and a cancelled cheque which I provided.
They reverted, stating that they will refund my amount in 10 working days. Check Email for further details and screenshots. It has Been more than 20 days now. I still have not received my refund.
Ola support has become absolutely non responsive. They neither returned my money nor are they replying to my messages/emails. I messaged and emailed several times.
I even wrote to the ceo bhavish Aggrawal on twitter. No response and no action. Ola has cheated me.
