Hi Urbanic Team
This is regarding return of [Protected]. I have requested return on 7th of Oct 2023 and still return is not picked up by your team. The chat support doesn’t give any resolution and asked me to wait for 48 hrs every time. I am very disappointed with Urbanic purchase as customer support is too bad. Please help me with the issue asap.
