Hello I Nidhi Singh I have purchased one dress from urbanic it was not looking good on me so on the same I kept it on return but till the time I haven't got any person who pick the item and no refund.. no action has been taken even after mailing so many times.

I have purchased so many dresses from urbanic but now I feel I stop recommending to the people it is getting worst in service... I just want my refund back as soon as possible so kindly look into it.
